Cancelation Policy

A full refund (minus any service costs, if you used PayPal for example) will be provided for bookings cancelled up to 12 hours before the appointment. If you cancel within 12 hours of the appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the fee, minus any service costs on our end. On services, we do not offer refunds once you have begun the service. If you need to reschedule instead, then please email hello@insideouthub.com
