User and Visitor Agreement
Any products, files, content or ideas found on the site or shared via email marketing or other means, are not to be copied, replicated, sold, or used unless direct permission has been given by Inside Out Hub.
Any purchases or downloads are for personal, individual use only, not to be copied, unless prior permission has been granted by Inside Out Hub.
Customer Data, Privacy
Inside Out Hub collects your personal information when you submit a form such as contacting us or subscribing, and when you book a service online or purchase a product.
By signing up to the email list or to receive access to free resources you may be asked to create an online account or provide us with some personal details such as your name and email address. By submitting these forms, you agree to Inside Out Hub sending you emails about products, services, and information directly. You may opt out at any time and we promise not to spam you!
Inside Out Hub agrees not to directly pass your details onto any third parties without your prior consent.
If you sign up through a social media platform, please ensure you are satisfied with their privacy and security settings.

Whether paid or unpaid, our services provide advice and guidance only so you agree that we are not liable for any decisions you make in relation to your business based on our advice or guidance, unless stated or agreed otherwise by both parties in writing.
Refunds or Replacements
There are no refunds granted for services or consultancy outside of Consumer Law requirements that Inside Out Hub agrees to adhere to.
For all hard products purchased, we offer a 14 day return policy as long as the product is in sellable condition.
The buyer is responsible for having the product returned safely to Inside Out Hub and will be liable for any associated costs. Once the product is returned and deemed sellable, a refund will be issued, with confirmation via email to the buyer.
Digital products are not eligible for refund as there is no way to guarantee the buyer has not made copies before returning (even though the User Agreement prohibits this!)
You may cancel online or in-person bookings for services 24 hours prior to the booking and you will receive a refund. We will first attempt to help you reschedule.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking you will not be eligible for a refund, so please plan accordingly. Of course, we are reasonable, so if there is an unforeseen circumstance, please get in touch with us and we will review on a case by case basis.
